Aby edytować swoje dane w aplikacji, przejdź do sekcji „Zarządzanie kontem”, którą znajdziesz na głównym ekranie swojego profilu. Następnie wybierz opcję „Dane osobowe”, gdzie będziesz mógł/mogła zaktualizować swoje informacje. Możesz również zmienić swoje zdjęcie profilowe, klikając na ikonkę „Zmień zdjęcie” u góry ekranu zarządzania kontem.

To add a caregiver who can monitor your health and support you in using the app, follow the steps below:

  1. Zaloguj się do aplikacji i przejdź do sekcji „Opiekun”
    • Po zalogowaniu do aplikacji, na ekranie głównym znajdziesz sekcję „Opiekun”.
    • Jeśli nie masz jeszcze przypisanego opiekuna, zobaczysz przycisk „Dodaj opiekuna”. Kliknij ten przycisk.
  2. Share the code with your caregiver
    • Po wybraniu opcji „Dodaj opiekuna” zostanie wygenerowany unikalny kod. Kod ten będzie widoczny na ekranie (np. 488 623).
    • Pass this code to your caregiver. The code must be entered on the caregiver's device within the displayed time (e.g. 30 seconds) for the process to be successful.
  3. The caregiver enters the code in his application
    • The mentor must enter the code they received from you in their application to add you as a mentee. The code should be entered in the section dedicated to adding a mentee on their account.
  4. Confirmation of adding a caregiver
    • After the caregiver enters the code, your application will ask you to confirm the addition of the caregiver.
    • Na ekranie pojawią się szczegóły opiekuna (np. imię i nazwisko). Aby zakończyć proces, kliknij przycisk „Potwierdź”.
  5. Done!
    • A caregiver will be added to your account, allowing them to monitor your health data and support you in using the app.

To add or update information on comorbidities, follow the steps below:

  1. Zaloguj się do aplikacji i przejdź do sekcji „Karta zdrowia”
    • Po zalogowaniu, na ekranie głównym wybierz zakładkę „Informacje”. Znajduje się tam pełny zestaw danych zdrowotnych.
  2. Wybierz pozycję „Choroby współistniejące”
    • W menu informacji zdrowotnych znajdziesz opcję „Choroby współistniejące”. Kliknij na nią, aby przejść do listy chorób, które możesz dodać lub edytować.
  3. Adding new comorbidities
    • A list of comorbidities will appear on the screen, from which you can select the relevant conditions.
  4. Edit existing comorbidities
    • To update information on already added diseases, click on an existing item in the list. You will then be able to edit the details of the selected disease.
  5. Save Changes
    • Po dodaniu lub edytowaniu informacji, upewnij się, że zatwierdziłeś zmiany, klikając przycisk „Zapisz”.
    • The changes will be saved in your profile, and information about comorbidities will be up-to-date in the system.
  6. Done!
    • Po zapisaniu, choroby współistniejące będą widoczne w sekcji „Informacje” na Twojej karcie zdrowia.

Keeper account

To add a mentee that you will monitor, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the application on your caregiver account
    • Po zalogowaniu, na ekranie głównym zobaczysz swoje dane oraz sekcję „Podopieczni”. Jeśli jeszcze nie masz podopiecznych, lista będzie pusta, a na ekranie pojawi się przycisk „Dodaj podopiecznego”.
  2. Kliknij przycisk „Dodaj podopiecznego”
    • Aby dodać nową osobę do swojej listy podopiecznych, kliknij przycisk „Dodaj podopiecznego”.
  3. Enter the code provided by the mentee
    • The mentee must generate a code, which he or she will then give to you. A field will appear on the screen in which you must enter the code you received (e.g., 488,623).
    • This code must be entered within a certain amount of time, which will be counted down on the screen.
  4. Approve adding a mentee
    • Po wpisaniu kodu, kliknij przycisk „Zatwierdź”, aby dodać podopiecznego do swojego konta.
  5. Check the list of wards
    • Once the mentee is approved, he will appear in the list of mentees in your application. You can now monitor his or her health status and manage care-related data.
